We endeavour to create a pleasant environment for our employees and ensure that they enjoy coming to work. Our central location near the railway station and Leipzig city centre is just one aspect. The majority of the day-to-day work takes place in the form of agile software projects with customers from all industries. In addition to our already well-known customer base, the merger with Data Respons AKKA has also opened up international opportunities. From a technological point of view, the projects are mostly open-ended, but the elements of quality, agile working and taking responsibility at all levels are the cornerstones.
At IT Sonix, we are always finding ways to support good ideas coming from our partners, customers and employees, to build them up from scratch and turn wishes into reality.
The health and work-life balance of our employees is important to us. So, in addition to a supply of fresh fruit and a wide selection of drinks, they also have the option of visiting the nearby John Reed gym or going for a run during the lunch break and using our showers. Eye tests, vaccinations, height-adjustable tables and massages on site also help to make life more pleasant.
In addition to group activities such as table tennis, table football and cycling, our employees also regularly arrange LAN parties and games evenings at our premises. We are also proud of our successful performance in company runs, city runs and cross-country races. It makes the ice cream provided by the company on hot summer days taste even better.
In addition to their project-related work, the continued development of each employee is a key concern for us. We offer language courses and much more besides. Our series of lectures, the company library and working in our specialist teams on topics such as VR/AR, data science or cloud implementation also help our employees to develop their skills.
Students and their research projects are an integral part of our company, not least due to our cooperation with the Scientific Advisory Board and proximity to the regional universities.
